So you've looked around and now want to register your camper for Camp McFadden's summer camp. This year at Camp McFadden we have made it as easy as possible to register for camp, and have given you the ability to chose which way you would like to register. Below you will find two options for registering for camp. The first is to register online, click the appropriate button and fill out the online form. The second is to download and fill out the registration form, either on the computer or print out the form, and mail it to PO Box 1495, Ponca City, OK 74604. When completed be sure to use the pay pal option to pay at least the $50 deposit if not the full amount, or send in a check by mail. After we receive confirmation of your payment we will send information to you about your campers Summer Camp experience.
