Camp McFadden Reservation Pricing
and Use Policy
January 2008
The following is the reservation
pricing and policy for use of Camp McFadden. It is subject to
change.
The
High Ropes Course and Low Ropes
Course
are separate
entities and are booked separate of any of the other facilities.

- Camp McFadden is divided
into two primary areas. The day use / public use area and the
reservation / rental only area. See map for defined areas. (will
be added later)
- The day use area will
include picnicking, hiking trails, ponds and lake access, corral, and
restroom area (to be determined).
- The reservation /
rental area will include the lodge, the cabins, nature center, fire pit,
bathhouse, and ropes course areas.
- Canoe use (Canoe
pond), hiking trails, picnic area, fishing pond, and lake access are
included with day use membership.
- Memberships will
include access to the public use area.

to occupancy |

 | Cleaning deposit refunded if facility is left clean |

 | Cleaning the bathhouse and restrooms is only required with lodge
and 6 cabins rental |

 | Reservation deposit refunded if cancelled 4 weeks prior to
reservation |

|
Public Use Area The public use area includes
picnicking, hiking trails, ponds and lake access, corral, and restroom area (to
be determined).

No person shall
bring dogs, cats, or other pets unless penned, caged, on a leash under
six feet in length, or otherwise physically restrained.

No person shall allow animals to
bark or emit other noise which unreasonably disturbs other people or the
natural wildlife |

Hunting - The possession of loaded
firearms, ammunition, loaded projectile firing devices, bows and arrows,
crossbows, or other weapons is prohibited, unless part of a scheduled
class, demonstration, or camp activity. |

Possession of explosives or explosive devices of any kind, including
fireworks
or other pyrotechnics, are prohibited. |
All visitors
(renters, campers, picnickers, hikers, etc.) shall keep the area
free of trash and litter during their visit.
|
| Fishing is catch and
release in the Camp's ponds. Normal regulations apply to fishing
in Kaw Lake. |
Keep all vehicles on established roadway to lodge
and Ropes course -
No person, other than camp
personnel, shall drive or possess any vehicle except:
- The
main road to the camp buildings and the ropes course.
- The dirt access to Kaw Lake
from Hartford Avenue at the southeast end of the camp leased
land. No ruts are to be made on this access.
No person
shall move, deface, or tamper with any sign,
building, furniture, equipment, or other property of Camp
McFadden.
Quiet shall
be maintained between the hours of 10 PM and 6 AM.
